2. Nature of Products & Personalization

All items at SeasonalWheel are made-to-order and customized according to your instructions (e.g., names, dates, messages, or design choices).

Handcrafted Production:
Each product is handmade using materials such as wood, acrylic, and non-toxic finishes. Slight variations in color, wood grain, or layout are natural and not considered defects.

Product Images & Descriptions:
Images on our website represent real examples. Final products may vary slightly due to customization and material differences.

Personalization Details:
You are responsible for ensuring all personalization information (names, spelling, dates, etc.) is accurate when placing your order.

3. Order Placement & Payment

How to Order:

Enter personalization details
Review your order carefully
Complete checkout securely

Payment Methods:
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All card payments are securely processed via PayPal. No PayPal account is required.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email after successful payment.
If not received within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours after placing your order.

After this period or once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Please double-check all order details before confirming.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production Time:
1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Shipping Carriers:
USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected for fastest delivery)

Transit Time:
2–5 business days

Estimated Delivery:
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days

Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be sent via email once shipped.

Shipping Limits:
We currently ship only within the United States (50 states + Washington, D.C.).
No PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international shipping.

6. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibilities

Address Accuracy:
Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Delivery Delays:
Delays may occur due to weather, carriers, or holidays.

Lost or Damaged Orders:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will investigate and provide a replacement if confirmed.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Personalized Items:
Due to customization, returns are generally not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect personalization provided by customer
Late modification requests

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost.
